You were there…
You were there, in front of me,
in close distance.
You were there with your smile, your warmth, your anger.
The sorrow buried deep in your eyes.
You were there, but in pain.
You were there standing,
until agony and sorrow took control.
You were there, but now no more.
Your empty soul sleeps, restless less.
Your anger, your pain, your sorrow:
released to me.
These parasites that now prey on me grow too great, too resilient.
The heart drowns in anguish,
overpowering the love that kept you standing.
It torments the soul.
You fell, so now I fall.
A great power has conquered.
Antibodies of love defeated.
Now, with the domination of hatred and anger,
Affliction overcomes my soul.

A Loss
Honey,
Every time I see you I lose my strength, I lose the ability of speaking,
and I sit down staring without any comment!
Staring at your bright eyes, like a couple of shiny stars in a dark place….
I’m losing all of my powers, what I’ve gotta do in this case…?
In the morning, I see the reflection of soft lights upon your pure face…
And when you walk away in the evening, I run to cry behind mountains,
and every moment passes without you equals millions of days…
NOW, the autumn lives inside me and I am the only tree…
Watching sadly leaves falling … But no one can see
I’m losing my mind … My heart is on a flame
I dream about you…. Although I forgot my name
I can’t live without you … I’m going insane
Praying all nights long … hoping for you to show up again
I’ve lost everything, honey
But I still……………….. Can’t lose the pain!

You’re a falling star, you’re the getaway car…
Listened to “Everything” – by Michael Buble last week!
Learned some new phrases..
You’re a falling star
You’re the get away car
You’re the line in the sand when I go too far.
You’re a carousel,
you’re a wishing well,
You’re a mystery, you’re from outer space,
You’re every minute of my everyday.
… that we can use to sing about any habibi or habibati in our lives…
